Friday, April 4 – Sunday, April 6, 2025

We’re trying something new, and we want our Camp Mitre Peak Alumnae and their family and friends to join us!

Our CMP reunions are always fun, but five years is a long time between reunions. So we are having a shorter, simpler gathering that will let us come to camp for a weekend of fun, friendships, and many of the camp activities we love. We will relax, stargaze, adventure out on day trips, and much more. And we will do so with a less structured schedule and fewer bells and whistles. We will have simple meals, prepared by teams of participants–Kaper Chart style–just like we did when we went troop camping!
Reunion fee covers food for four meals and site rental:  $65 per adult, $35 per child; $80 per adult, $50 per child after March 21
Registration will open in mid-February.

If the fee keeps you from coming, please let us know so we can help! We want you to come!

MEALS

All meal prep and cleanup will be done by groups of participants through a Kaper Chart signup system. On-line signup will be available to registered participants as soon as they have registered.
Friday and Saturday dinners will be cookout-style meals at the Kiva picnic area. Saturday and Sunday breakfasts will be a breakfast bar at the LVP kitchen. Saturday lunch is on your own. You may eat in town or bring your food. If you want to cook, you may use the Kiva, Kickapoo, or LVP kitchen.

Who May attend? This event is open to Camp Mitre Peak alumnae, family, and friends. Children ages 10 and up may attend if they are accompanied by a parent or a responsible adult who provides supervision throughout the event. Because this event is larger than our Work Weekends and Spring Cleaning Weekends, and because it includes children, no pets other than service dogs are allowed beyond the parking lot. See our POLICIES here.
